I am a Civil Engineer by trade and have always been fascinated with creating new “things”, being able to construct new, understanding how the balancing of forces leads to something strong and stable.  The same principle of balance and “forces” applies to each individual trying to make a change. Nutrition and Healthy Habits & day-to-day life needs to be in balance in order to function properly and healthy.

When I had my children and quit my Civil Engineering Career, life turned out “unbalanced”, and I recognized that I had to change in order to become comfortable in my new role. I turned my focus to Nutrition and Recovery to feel more energetic and balanced in my life. Quickly I realized that many women around me were struggling with their body image and weight, yoyo- dieting, not eating enough and shaming themselves for how they looked.

Recognizing some of my friends were eating emotionally, or overeating with stress and fatigue, bad eating habits setting in, trying to lose weight with one diet fed after another left me wondering that there should be a different way to address these needs. 

​

Over time I decided to become a Nutrition Coach, a Holistic Coach who takes into account all aspects of people's lives, rather than working on one aspect only. 

Understanding the importance of each Individual’s Nutrition, Health & Life Needs are the most essential components to help people find their Physical, Mental and Nutritional balance for a more energetic and happier self.
